Prior to starting her business, she was employed at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, White Plains, NY, one of the major Rehabilitation Hospitals on the East coast.
During Dr. Watkins' tenure at Burke, she served as Director of Nursing Services, Director of the Home Health Aide Training Program, which received national acclaim, and Senior Administrator of Educational Projects.
